Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
* Ensure all required paperwork is satisfactorily completed, signed, and complies with all existing regulations and procedures.
* Ensure the proper use of all equipment and full compliance and understanding of all safety rules and regulations
* Ensure that all aircraft maintenance work, materials, and practices conform to FAA, customer, company, and manufacturers standards of quality.
* Ensure that all inspection items and necessary forms are properly completed in detail
* Continually perform surveillance of maintenance practices, stores and housekeeping and initiate corrective action by informing the area supervisor.
* Provide constructive suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety of the CTS organization.
* Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements
* Requires a minimum 5-years heavy jet transport or for entry level 2 yrs. minimum heavy jet transport.
* Previous Inspection experience and Quality Audit process procedures a plus.
* Must have knowledge of FAA regulations and FAR 145, Part 91, 121, 43.
* A & P Mechanic license required.
