Duration: Direct Hire (Full time with benefits)

Shift Timings: Monday to Thursday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am/ OT as needed on Friday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role requires strong expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems, along with a proactive approach to minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance activities including repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems issues
• Work with PLCs (ladder logic troubleshooting), I/O modules, and communication systems
• Maintain and repair power distribution systems, transformers, and wiring
• Handle control components such as sensors, relays, drives, and motors
• Improve machine uptime through proactive maintenance programs
• Mentor junior technicians and support team development
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational goals

• Strong industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment only)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, and controls)
• PLC troubleshooting (reading ladder logic)
• Knowledge of automation components (sensors, drives, encoders, etc.)
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2-year Technical/Mechatronics degree (preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of industrial maintenance experience
