Job Summary

We are seeking experienced F-16 Crew Chiefs and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support flight line and maintenance operations at Luke AFB. This role is critical to ensuring aircraft are maintained in an airworthy and mission-ready condition at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily flight line maintenance on F-16 aircraft
• Serve as Crew Chief responsible for aircraft status and readiness
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components
• Perform structural repairs and organizational-level maintenance
• Support inspections and periodic maintenance requirements
• Conduct line servicing and aircraft turnaround operations
• Maintain strict adherence to FOD control procedures
• Ensure proper tool accountability at all times

Requirements

• USAF 5-Level (or equivalent) in aircraft maintenance
• F-16 experience REQUIRED
• Fighter aircraft maintenance experience (highly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience with flight line operations and aircraft servicing
• Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree preferred

Work Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in outdoor and flight line environments
• Exposure to noise, weather, and aircraft systems
• Must be able to obtain security clearance
