HIRING AVIATION ASSEMBLERS IN BROOMFIELD, CO
As an Aviation Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of aircraft components. Your precision and expertise will contribute to the high standards of quality and safety that we are known for.
Pay: $30.00hr - $40.00hr (opportunity for advancement)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
(optional overtime before or after hours or on Saturdays).
Job Description:
- Dis-assemble, re-assemble, and calibrate aviation turbine engine accessories.
- Assemble and disassemble aircraft components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assembled parts.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
- Handle PT6A and Rolls Royce 250/350 accessories.
- Manage Honeywell and Woodward fuel controls (FCU), fuel metering units (FMU), hydro mechanical units (HMU), and governors.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Experience with aviation turbine engine accessories including calibration.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and aircraft maintenance experience.
- DOT testing experience required.
Work Environment:
- The role involves back shop and bench work in a climate-controlled environment, located off the airstrip.
