You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and youll work out of our Columbus, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the production and delivery of high-quality products to our customers, contributing to the success of our business.
1st Shift
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and productivity

YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Experience picking and packing parts
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams

- Technical certification or vocational training in a related field
- Experience with electronic assembly
- Attention to detail and quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
