All In Aviation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Inspector to ensure our aircraft meet the highest safety and quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with FAA regulations while ensuring all inspections, maintenance, and repairs are performed with precision and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections in accordance with the Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Utilize mechanical and visual inspection tools to assess aircraft components and systems.
• Approve aircraft and components for return to service after thorough evaluation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes.

• Extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, inspection methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using various mechanical and visual inspection aids.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous experience in aviation inspection, with formal training or testing as a qualification.
• A&P Certification is preferred but not required.
