Aviation Assembler
- Responsible for dis-assembly, re-assembly, and calibration of aviation turbine engine accessories such as PT6A, Rolls Royce 250/350, and Honeywell/Woodward fuel controls.
- No A&P required
Location: Broomfield, CO
Work Environment:
- Back shop, bench work in a climate-controlled environment, located off the airstrip
- Supportive environment with a structured growth path (Tech 1, 2, and 3)
- Optional overtime before or after hours or on Saturdays
Shift:
- 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Optional overtime before or after hours or on Saturdays
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (opportunity for advancement)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Overview:
- Dis-assemble, re-assemble, and calibrate aviation turbine engine accessories
- Work from blueprints and schematics to dis-assemble and re-assemble accessories
- Handle PT6A, Rolls Royce 250/350 accessories
- Work with Honeywell and Woodward fuel controls (FCU), fuel metering units (FMU), hydro mechanical units (HMU), and governors
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assembled parts
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Required:
- Experience with aviation turbine engine accessories, including calibration
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics
- DOT testing experience required
Preferred:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Aircraft maintenance experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
