Job Role
* In this position you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to ensure the safety and reliability of aircraft under time-sensitive conditions. The AOG Mechanic will respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests, perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to a wide range of aircraft systems, and collaborate closely with our team to minimize downtime and expedite aircraft return to service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met. Required Education and Experience Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A valid A&P License.
* A minimum of 7 years of recent experience in Aviation Maintenance.
* A minimum of 3 years of previous AOG experience.
* A minimum of 1.5 years experience on at least 2 of the following airframes: Gulfstream, Bombardier, Learjet, Cessna, Hawker, Beechjet, and Embraer. Essential Job Functions
* Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to include inspections, testing, repair, and servicing of aircraft.
* Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
* Maintenance shop cleanup, organization, and basic office duties.
* Accurately complete all appropriate maintenance, work orders, and RTS paperwork.
