We are looking for A&P mechanics with turbine and jet experience to add to our family at Hancock Enterprises, Inc. We are a 145 Repair Station specializing in the Honeywell TPE331 and the Pratt and Whitney PT6 Turbo Prop Engines and Aircraft. We have two facilities. Our Engine shop is located in Hermitage, TN, where we do complete overhauls and repairs on the TPE331 and the PT6. We have an airframe facility located at the Smyrna, TN airport, KMQY.

We specialize in Twin Commanders, turbine and piston, Cessna Conquest 425 and 441, Citation 500,525,550,560 Jets, King Air's 90,100,200,250,300, and 350, and Merlin and Metro Aircraft.  We do everything from inspections, engine repair and overhaul, AOG support, and major airframe repairs. We are 1099, not W2, but we provide PTO, paid lunch time if you stay at the hangar or office for lunch, paid holidays off, and Insurance if needed.

We are a family-run company that runs more like a family than a major company.

Lots of overtime is available year-round. 

We are looking for mechanics with experience on these types of aircraft or someone who would like to learn these aircraft and engines, but might have experience on other turbines, jet engines, and aircraft.

We require you to have

• Valid driver's license
• Pass a drug test as well as random drug tests
• SIDA background check for airport badge and airport ramp access
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to travel to road trips for AOG service
• A&P License
• Your own hand tools for everyday maintenance.
• TPE331 and PT6 engine experience is a plus, as well as Twin Commander, King Air, Citation, Conquest, Merlin, and Metro experience is also a plus.
