What You Will Do

• Purchasing materials, components, products, and services (direct & indirect).

• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations to secure competitive prices & reliable supplier sources.

• Assisting Buyers with RFQs, order discrepancies, and expediting open orders.

• Supporting the resolution of receiving and quality issues, such as defective materials or claims.

• Contributing to cost-saving initiatives in procurement.

• Maintaining routine procurement reports.

• Utilizing SAP and other systems for procurement processes.

• Upholding safety standards and compliance with EH&S regulations.

• Aligning actions with the company’s Code of Ethics

• Apply CORE tools in daily operations and actively participate in CORE activities.

    Qualifications You Must Have

• Min 2 years’ experience in procurement or admin support.

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

    Qualifications We Prefer

• Knowledge of SAP a plus.

• Interests in managing data with a focus in data analytics.

• Basic understanding of contract management.
