Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of materials into and out of storage, production, and flight test locations to support manufacturing and product support activities.
- Monitor and analyze work-in-process (WIP) to maintain material flow and prevent production delays.
- Update and track parts and material status using automated inventory and material tracking systems.
- Identify material shortages, discrepancies, and system inaccuracies; analyze root causes and reconcile inventory issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite materials to meet production schedules.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity through routine audits and discrepancy resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or material control experience
- Warehouse Operations Experience supporting production or manufacturing environments
- Inventory Management & Material Handling experience
- Experience using computer-based inventory or tracking systems
- Crane and/or Forklift Certification or operational experience
- Ability to work on-site in a production/warehouse environment
