Shift: 1st 7 am – 3:30 pm – Monday – Friday and 2nd 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm Monday -Friday

Support Critical Factory Logistics Operations
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support daily factory logistics operations. This role focuses on administrative and clerical support while also assisting operational functions such as shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and kitting. If you are organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity with contract to hire potential and a generous sign on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine administrative and clerical duties to support the factory logistics team
Maintain organized files, including letters, memoranda, invoices, and indexed records
Retrieve data and correspondence promptly upon request
Process logistics documentation accurately and in compliance with procedures
Support shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory picking, kitting, and stocking activities
Utilize computer systems and scanning tools to support daily operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years of administrative or logistics related experience
Working knowledge of standard logistics or office procedures
Ability to follow written instructions and established guidelines
Strong reliability and attention to detail

Works under immediate supervision
Follows clearly defined processes and procedures
Reports to a supervisor or manager
Overtime permitted only with prior supervisor’s approval
Physical & Environmental Considerations
Light lifting (generally 10–15 lbs, minimal repetition)
Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, biological, or physical risks
Clean, structured factory environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
