Role Overview:

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Delivery and Facilitation Specialist to join our Manufacturing Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in training and developing the next generation of aerospace professionals. By delivering hands-on, specialized training to both new hires and current employees, youll help ensure the continued success and growth of a world-class aerospace company.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead Specialized Training Sessions: As an instructor, youll teach aerospace skills in areas such as Structural, Quality, Systems, and more, ensuring employees develop key technical expertise.
Facilitate Learning and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training events using a variety of delivery methods, from classroom to hands-on experiences. Track student progress, provide feedback, and customize courses for optimal learning.
Promote Safety: Emphasize safety protocols during training to ensure a safe work environment for all participants.
Assess and Improve Performance: Perform individual and group assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to training content and delivery methods.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with curriculum developers, instructional designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create enhanced training materials and guided activities.
Lead Projects: Manage projects to produce educational deliverables and contribute to process improvements.
Coach and Develop Instructors: Support and mentor less experienced instructors, and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify new trainers.
Maintain Standards Compliance: Ensure that all training and course materials comply with commercial, government, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications:
Aerospace Manufacturing Experience: 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and templates.
Expertise in Safety and Regulations: Knowledge of safety precautions and regulations for training environments.
Ability to Teach and Mentor: Experience in coaching, developing others, and facilitating training sessions or teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace Specializations: Experience in areas such as Structural, Electrical, Fabrication, Composites, Repair, Functional Test, Quality, Seal, Systems, etc.
Curriculum Development: Skills in curriculum design, needs assessment, job analysis, and instructional techniques.
Professional Certifications: Aerospace manufacturing or lean certifications are a plus.
Advanced Skills: Experience in areas like Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Composite Assembly, coaching, and instructional design.

Pay Details: $39.28 to $43.64 per year
