The positions pay $19.00 or $20.00 an hour depending on the shift. I have 2 positions open 1st shift which is 6 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday and 2nd shift which is 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Monday – Friday. Work week is 40 hours a week. Both positions qualify for a $3,000 retention bonus with in your first 90 days.

Role Summary:
As an Assembler Precision Elec at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic systems. Your expertise will help us deliver cutting-edge solutions and services that set new standards of excellence. Responsibilities:
Support various manufacturing processes requiring soldering, wiring and mechanical assembly experience.
Candidates must be capable of using hand tools as required to assemble product according to product specifications.
Able to perform repairs on products that fail tests or quality inspections.
Completion of Honeywell Solder certification training is required.
Position requires 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Lifting is generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions.
Basic Qualifications:
Due to government regulations, must be a US Citizen
2 years of Assembler experience
1-2 years of soldering experience
