Job Summary
Collaborate with and learn from experienced Employees in our Electro-Optical & Infrared Systems line of business. Our Summer Internship Program offers a full-time, paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a culture defined by friendliness and teamwork at DRS. What sets us apart? Job Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Management - Taking our publicly released assets and attaching metadata to each piece individually
- Social Media Management/News Management - Create posts well in advance of tradeshows to ensure we have material that is approved prior to the show.
- Postproduction Editing - Use the digital assets to create additional spaneting material across platforms to support program requests. This will include website build out and potentially making digital assets for various spanetplace applications.
- Tradeshow Management Where Appropriate - Logistics, Build Outs, show requirements and services, team support. Travel may be required,
Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate degree in Business or Management
- Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
- Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
