As our airline continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Flight Attendants based in Calgary, Alberta.

As the face of our airline, our Flight Attendants are the heart of the passenger experience. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch safety and customer service. If you enjoy traveling and meeting new people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers by strictly following standard operating procedures and adhering to Central Mountain Air’s regulatory requirements.

  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and participate in safety briefings.

  • Stay updated on all memos, emails, and instructions before check-in.

  • Operate safety and emergency equipment efficiently.

  • Handle various situations, including managing disruptive passengers and providing first aid when needed.

  • Represent Central Mountain Air with professionalism at all times.

  • Provide excellent onboard service, engaging with passengers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Complete any other duties as assigned by the airline.

Job Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Canadian Passport, or a valid Canadian Permanent Resident card.

  • Must be 19 years of age or older.

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Previous aviation experience is considered an asset.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Airport Identity Card (RAIC)

  • Clear criminal background check and the ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

  • Height: 6’2” or less (including footwear with a maximum of a 2-inch heel).

  • Must be able to reach 183 cm (72 inches) flat-footed (emergency equipment requirement).

  • Successful completion of a four (4) week initial training program and annual recurrent training.

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and multi-day trips.

  • Available for on-call shifts when on Reserve.

  • Adherence to uniform standards and professional appearance.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an asset.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to anticipate passenger needs.

  • Strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in confined spaces for extended periods.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be comfortable working in confined spaces for long periods of time.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
