• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• 5&43; years of engineering experience

• Background in electrical engineering, electronic design, and circuit analysis
• Experience with electrical test equipment and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
• Ability to quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
• Self-motivated individuals who can work with minimal supervision and consistently take the initiative to accomplish tasks
• Adaptability to project changes
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks and customer needs
• Capability to make autonomous decisions
