Sr Advanced Project Engineer - MFWYou will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the design and integration of jet engines for Military Fixed-Wing applications, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Oversee engine-related systems integration, design, and support for military fixed-wing applications (CCA, F124, TFE1042).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, driving operational excellence.
- Demonstrate leadership capability with a diverse, cross-functional international team.
- Effectively escalate issues with leadership and cross-functionally across the organization.
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Foster a bias toward creative thinking and innovation in product design and everyday work approaches.
- Implement design-to-cost and variation-reduction strategies.
- Promote and build a strong team culture and working relationships.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5 or more years of US Military Service or Aerospace experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
WE VALUE- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA) is desired.
- Aerospace or Systems Engineering Degree is preferred.
- Experience with DOORS NG.
- Familiarity with DOORS, CAMEO, SysML, and/or other RBE/MBE programs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage workload.
- Prior systems engineering experience, either through direct industry experience or education/training.
- Ability to execute complex projects in an organized and efficient manner.
- Capability to facilitate interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts tactfully and effectively.
- Focus on results and effective execution of projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
