* 1 - 2 years of experience with Vector Suite

* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities across the full development lifecycle
* Designs and develops software solutions using logical and mathematical approaches to solve business and mission problems
* Documents, tests, and debugs software to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements
* Applies software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout all phases of development
* Analyzes system capabilities, including program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, and programming techniques
* Develops solutions based on knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and information processing techniques
* Collaborates with system users to gather requirements and translate them into functional software designs
* Identifies and corrects program errors to maintain system integrity and performance
* Prepares operating instructions and compiles comprehensive documentation of software development activities
