1. Maintains good knowledge of relevant safety regulations and SMS requirements.
2. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, aviation regulations, and applicable Jet Aviation policies.
3. Perform Internal and External Audits and Inspections in accordance with the approved audit plan or
as directed by Quality and Safety Manager.
4. Assess and evaluates capability of organizations providing services to JASA (e.g., training centers,
ground handlers, etc.).
5. Perform audits and inspections of relevant resources (e.g., manpower/qualification/training, tools,
equipment, facilities, materials, manuals, etc.).
6. Reporting the results of auditing and giving any discrepancies to the attention of the person concerned.
7. Evaluates corrective/preventive actions to the audit findings.
8. Verify the effectiveness of remedial actions takes place within set timescale in respect of any
discrepancies.
9. Assist and liaise during customer and regulatory audits including the distribution of audit reports; and
collection, evaluation and submission of the corresponding corrective action to concerned organization.
10. Assist and liaise during customer and regulatory investigations including the distribution of investigation reports, collection, evaluation and submission of the corresponding corrective action to the concerned organization.
11. Conducts in-depth investigation after occurrence of accidents, incidents, deviations and other
operations or maintenance-related events.
12. Other duties as directed by Quality and Safety Manager.
