Responsibilities
Customer response and interface work against quality related requirements or complaints from customers
Coordinates with customers and suppliers related to quality performance, corrective action
Controlling In-process quality for production products
Preparing project quality documentation and controlling work results that are necessary to meet the quality related milestones (PPAP, Process Audit for Internal and supplier, etc.)
Verifying quality of product including new development project
Maintaining ISO9001, IATF16949 system and any other certification
Improvement of Quality KPI (IPML, RPPM, Cost of Quality and etc.)
Qualification Requirements:
English ability preferred ; Reading, writing, listening and speaking
Bachelor degree of industrial or Mechanical engineering and/or equivalent experience
6 Sigma GB is preferred
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in problem solving methods and failure analysis is preferred
