Position Summary
Ensure product quality through process improvement, control and monitoring of processes and procedures that impact product quality.
Responsibilities
• Preparation on preparation of First Article Inspections (FAI) / Test Report. • Support on the creation and maintenance of Control Plan and FMEA• Validate final product audits for customer requirements.• Responsible for the request of shipping approval to the customers. • Support in external third parties and customers Quality System audits. • Monitoring of the Scrap performance of the plant. • Monitoring of the of the plant Calibration Equipment. • Responsible of Quality Inspectors team • Responsible of the NCMR process and MRB meetings.• Responsible for the communication to external customer for quality concerns. • Creation and monitoring of Customer Complaints.• Support to quality process Issues.• Support in the training and follow up on the Quality inspectors’ categories. • Creation of quality internal Std work, procedures, and Visual Aids.• Creation and follow up to Corrective and preventive actions. • Support in the internal audits process.• Participation in HPT teams during the year. • Participation in Security Brigade activities.• Training the personal in the quality requirements of the plant.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in quality areas and ISO SystemsEnglish level: Advanced English
