* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Level 4: 9 + years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a Master's degree OR work-related experience with a PhD
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
* Have good communication and cross-group collaboration skills

* Research engineering design principles to develop solutions for product and process issues in production and in-service environments
* Analyze non-conformances and support root cause investigations while drafting engineering dispositions
* Assist system owners in preparing technical communications and documentation
* Evaluate fleet data and customer findings to identify product and process improvement opportunities
* Support identification of deviations that may impact design intent and safety requirements
* Participate in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams to resolve engineering issues
