Role Introduction
Reports to: COE Planning Manager

Engineering’s ambition is to be one of the world’s highest performing, customer centric and progressive engineering teams and the role of the CoE Lead Planning Engineer is to deliver optimised maintenance programmes that are planned and executed with precision, while driving for continuous business improvement to ensure safe, complaint, reliable and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and driving key strategic initiatives and automation projects to enhance the planning process, streamline operations, and mitigate risks related to non-compliance
- Developing and implementing processes, feedback loops, and alert mechanism to ensure compliance AMS/mandatory task and compliance with business requirements
- Driving for continuously improvement in planning processes and systems to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring timely creation of the Line Maintenance work packages and are performed and conducted according to the defined maintenance production plan and within agreed capacity and in compliance with the aircraft maintenance requirement in a cost effective way
- Ensuring sufficient maintenance ground slot is secured and the usage is optimize to maximize the availability of aircraft as per workload profile
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunity for innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Aircraft Maintenance Licence is preferred
- Typically 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in aspects of aircraft maintenance planning
- Experience of leading and delivering business process improvement.
- Experience in leading a team of engineer
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
