Heres what youll get to work on:

Build and Deploy a TPM Program: Youll play a key role in creating our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework for the Inflation Department:
•tHelp design and roll out a full TPM program
•tImplement 5S and improve workplace organization
•tMap all equipment and replacement parts
•tIdentify and connect with suppliers
•tSet up a Kanban system to keep production running smoothly
•tDefine daily/weekly/monthly maintenance routines
•tContribute to maintenance procedures and training content

Modernize Our Technical Documentation: Manage our technical documents within our Atlanta location:
•tImprove document storage and access (CMMs, SBs, ADs, etc.)
•tCreate a smart, searchable index linked to part numbers
•tRedesign folder structures for a smoother user experience
•tTrain technicians on the new system

Take Part in Engineering Project Management
You will coordinate engineering projects with the support of our corporate teams based in Plaisir (France), giving you:
•tCross site collaboration
•tExposure to global standards
•tThe chance to develop real project management skills

Support Engineering Activities
Youll also contribute to a variety of engineering and operational tasks:
•tOrganizing tool carts and managing tooling
•tReviewing technical documentation
•tAssisting on improvement projects
•tParticipating in additional missions as opportunities arise

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

•\tContribution to Quality
This role contributes directly to product and process quality by providing essential items such as tooling, work instructions, and capital equipment. It also involves supporting ISO 9001/AS9110 initiatives, participating in Process Action Teams, and assisting during customer audits.

•\tLanguage Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and regulatory documents. Capable of preparing reports, business communications, and procedural documentation. Must be able to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions from managers, customers, and broader audiences.

•\tMathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical analysis, including Six Sigma methodologies. Competence in applying tools such as Gage R&R, ANOVA, Design of Experiments (DOE), Control Charts, and Process Capability assessments.

•\tEducation and Experience
Graduated from a five year college or university pursuing a degree in engineering.

•\tReasoning Ability
Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions. Must be able to interpret technical instructions presented in mathematical or diagrammatic form and manage both abstract and concrete variables.

•\tEssential Requirements
The role involves primarily seated work, with periods of standing and walking. Clear verbal communication and active listening are required. The work environment may involve proximity to moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and loud noise levels. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

•\tCommunication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to prepare written materials and deliver presentations. Must be able to read, understand, and critically review technical and non-technical documentation.
