Job Summary:
The Engineering Operations Coordinator will support the engineering team by managing operations and data analysis tasks. This role involves coordinating activities of engineering teams, analysing data, and providing insights to enhance decision-making processes. The successful candidate will also provide vital support to Senior Engineering leadership in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineering operations by coordinating projects and activities.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate reports and visualizations.
- Assist in tracking project progress using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Support Senior Engineering leadership with day-to-day operations, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes of meetings.
- Manage action logs and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
