You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Duluth, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.

Yourexpertise will make a significant impact on our testing processes, automation,and testing strategies, ultimately delivering exceptional products to ourcustomers.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Developand implement comprehensive test strategies for complex engineering systems,aligning them with project goals and industry standards
- Executeadvanced testing methodologies and tools to ensure the highest standards ofquality and reliability
- Workclosely with cross-functional teams to define test plans and acceptancecriteria
- Drivetest automation initiatives and increase test coverage through automation
- Analyzetest results and identify areas for process improvement
- Generateand communicate test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelorsdegree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such asscience, technology, engineering
- 5+years of experience in advanced testing methodologies and tools
- Strongknowledge of software testing ethics and practices
- Excellentproblem-solving and thoughtful skills
- HVAC Domain knowledge is added benefit
