POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Production Flightline Avionics Technician on the F-16 program, you will be responsible for installing electrical harnesses, performing operational checks, post-modification testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and avionics systems on aircraft. This position also supports flight line maintenance, including launch and recovery, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and other assigned flightline tasks.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and route electrical harnesses on F-16 aircraft
- Perform operational checks and post-modification testing on avionics systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics discrepancies
- Support flight line maintenance, including:
- Aircraft launch and recovery
- Pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Document maintenance actions in accordance with applicable technical publications and procedures
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Required: 6+ years Flightline avionics experience on F-16 or other fighter/attack aircraft.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and avionics systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in both maintenance and operational check procedures for avionics.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 10-year Criminal Background Check, standard FAA DOT drug test, and basic health physical.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Proof of US citizenship.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US clearance
PAY
- $34-40 hourly based on experience
- Split per diem available for those that qualify
- OT time and ½
- Paid weekly after the first week of work
