Role Summary
* In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the client’s next-generation Integrated Product Support (IPS) landscape, including Teamcenter, Cortona 3D, SLICwave, and related applications. You will balance daily operational support with project work while delivering technical and functional solutions in collaboration with business leaders and application users. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with applications and Windows server administration.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with Teamcenter system administration.
* Experience implementing and upgrading Teamcenter.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to diverse audiences.
* A good understanding of user authentication methods, including Kerberos, SAML 2.0, and LDAP.
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, solve problems, and learn new skills and technologies as needed. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools such as JIRA, Git, and SVN.
* Exposure to logistics systems and or service bill of material.
* A basic understanding of databases.
* Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
* Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management skills.
* The ability to mentor peers on required skillsets and process knowledge. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Own Teamcenter administration for the client enterprise while consulting with business leaders and application users to deliver technical and functional solutions.
* Lead activities to design, build, and test delivery systems and components for the IPS suite of applications, including Teamcenter, Cortona 3D, and SLICwave.
* Assist the IT PLM administration team with support of other engineering applications, including patching, upgrades, and end-user support tasks.
* Deliver creative solutions focused on mitigating recurring issues and reducing manual troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with IT peers to ensure adherence to security controls, vulnerability management, hardware and software currency, and reporting requirements.
* Provide quick and efficient support for incidents and outages.
* Deliver direct and responsive communication to business users regarding issues, planned maintenance, and project updates.
* Work effectively with process owners and subject matter experts to understand business requirements.
* Create and update support documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriate detail.
