How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Responsible to support the planning and supervision of all material required to accomplish Capital Engineering Action Authorization (AA) projects, including modifications such as full A/C cabin refreshes, reliability improvements, FAA Airworthiness Directives, and new acquisitions. The Sr. Inventory Analyst will be the lead point of contact for support on one or more AAs, as well as collaboratively with other analysts on the team, to properly interpret and reconcile the Engineering Bills of Materials, purchase order histories, and accomplishment plans; and manage purchase orders to ensure induction/build readiness. Responsible for routine and non-routine tasks like building project waterfalls, creating purchase orders, resolving material shortages, and working with suppliers to ensure delivery meets the aircraft schedule. The Sr. Inventory Analyst will be accountable for setting up production kits, building production orders, and maintaining optimal quantities of both kits and piece parts to support Aircraft Hangar and Line Maintenance, as well as Component Maintenance for capital and/or operational expenditure projects. Additionally, will at times be responsible for initiating and processing new stock items and parts change notices, to ensure part number integrity in SAP. All provisioning and re-provisioning activities will be based on cash flow management and will be accomplished by working closely with fleet Project Managers, Engineers, Maintenance Planning, Supply Chain Management contacts, and other AA Material Planners to determine scheduling activities based on established procedures. Must practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
