* Bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of 7–10 years of experience.
* Experience developing and writing internal procedures and creating training classes.
* Previous experience working at a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
* Experience using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio.
* Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements.
* Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement methodology experience, including statistical analysis and project management techniques.
* Must be a U.S. Person. Professional Attributes

* Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with internal and external customers, including government agencies.
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight and maintain strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills
* Experience supporting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties & Functions
* Maintain, update, and revise Quality Management System procedures.
* Revise Repair Station Training Manual and Quality Manual to support operational updates.
* Develop procedures for FAA technician roster management across repair stations.
* Update and maintain training records for repair station employees.
* Create and revise procedures supporting process control extensions and operational updates.
* Update and revise repair station and ARD training materials in Brain Shark.
* Track and monitor Commercial Quality Escape RCCA activities.
* Develop drug and alcohol random testing procedures for repair station operations.
* Create and revise procedures supporting warehouse additions to the Quality Management System.
* Support cross-functional teams engaged in continuous improvement initiatives, risk evaluation, and mitigation coordination.
