As an Operations Analyst III, youll analyze labor efficiency, manufacturing variances and financial impact of changes in the production plan and provide metrics and data to help maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies. Youll provide detailed analysis data to support work breakdown structures, baseline data, budget projects and detailed cost/schedule performance reporting including variance analysis utilizing Gantt charts, Earned Value Management data, budget reporting, percent complete accounting data, and other reports and graphs.

This includes evaluating and optimizing logistics data, identifying trends and inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven improvements. Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key logistics metrics.
- Use data analytics to forecast demand and manage inventory levels more effectively.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure logistics systems are integrated with business intelligence tools.
- Provide insights from data analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and manage logistics software solutions to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across the organization.
Must-haves:
- Bachelors Degree a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher-level degree may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Thorough understanding of forecasting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, scheduling and planning
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Proven experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with others
- Understanding of Program Management, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management processes
- Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
