Description
About the role
Are you passionate about working with large datasets and telling exciting stories through data? Do you enjoy “interrogating” the numbers in your quest for facts? Are you bothered with the “chaos” and in constant search for patterns, where there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the numbres match?
If you see yourself in any of the above statements, or you have spotted the intentional typing error we made that bothered you a bit, then you just might be the person we are searching for!
We’re on the hunt for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (People Analytics) who’s ready to take our People Analytics game from great to exceptional. If you are reliable, love translating data into visual storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, keep reading.
You will be a part of the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital function, based in Doha, Qatar and supporting recently established HRBI team that is tasked with an exciting mission.

Your input will help shape decisions that affect 60,000+ employees worldwide (you saw it right, six followed by four more zeros). Your ability to grow and build your skills (and experience) is limited only by your imagination.
Other tasks (as instructed by the Department Head and/or CPO) are always possible, but we promise they all will be equally interesting.

We love data, we love storytelling. But we also love people who actually read job ads in detail. Here is a little puzzle to solve:
A company hires 10,000 employees who, on average, spend 5 hours per month in meetings, per employee. If we know 10 of the company never has a single hour of meeting, how many hours we can expect will be spent on meetings across the company annually?
Include this statement in the footer of your CV: “The answer to the HRBI puzzle is ”. If you get it right, and if you’ve red this far, you are already ahead!
