Seeking a Technical Sustainment Analyst to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This role provides essential support to government leadership, focusing on Enterprise Contract Logistics Services (ECLS) equipment inventories and technical analysis. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the on-time completion of asset transactions, maintaining accurate and current account records, and precisely verifying equipment and asset identification by National Stock Number (NSN) or as Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS)/Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and the effective utilization of the Automated Logistics Management Support System (ALMSS).
Responsibilities
- The Technical Sustainment Analyst will perform a range of critical functions, including but not limited to:
Asset and Inventory Management:
- Assisting with the ordering and tracking of replacement items and ensuring the availability of consumable supplies.
- Conducting and managing inventories, including cycle and special inventories, covering preparation, count processing, and adjusting on-hand balances to reconcile physical stock with accountable records.
- Performing quality control procedures on auditable documents to ensure correct condition, identity, and tagging of property.
- Monitoring shelf-life assets to prevent deterioration and managing classified, serialized control, and hazardous assets
- Utilizing ALMSS functions for inventory adjustments, such as (Cycle Inventory Request), (Special Inventory Request), (Reverse Cycle Inventory), and (Identity Change).
- Executing warehouse validations to verify item location accuracy and ensuring proper bin labels.
- Processing warehouse change documents and identity changes for property.
- Maintaining serial number files within ALMSS.
- Leveraging asset tracking features within ALMSS to research discrepancies and manage transaction history.
Supply Chain Operations:
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- AA college degree preferred.
- Desired IT Hardware, networking and PC operating system troubleshooting skill.
- Must have secret clearance.
