As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of multiple business units within the aviation industry. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will drive initiatives that enhance workforce performance, foster a positive organizational culture, and support the achievement of business goals. In this fast-paced, high-demand environment, you will serve as a trusted advisor who strategically addresses complex HR challenges while naturally excelling at building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about making an impact through innovative HR solutions that align with evolving business needs.

This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least three times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our corporate business office location in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $75,000 - $100,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10 of annual salary

• You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience where you’ve made an impact (bonus points if you’ve been in a business partner role!).
• You know HR inside and out, from employment laws to best practices, and you’re ready to bring that expertise to a fast-paced environment.
• You thrive in high-demand settings, juggling multiple priorities with ease, and love finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication skills are your superpower, and you know how to build relationships, influence, and advise senior leaders like a pro.
• Experience in the aviation industry or a similarly high-stakes field? Even better!
