HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Pay Range: $17-20

Job Description
Supports human resources management performing routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, and providing backup coverage to other administrative desks.

General Responsibilities:

Assisting Employees at HR desk
Advising and assisting employees with leave details
HR Office Support

Education and Experience:

Associates degree mandatory
At least 2-5 years of experience

Qualifications:

Strong customer service mindset
Experience using Excel and HRIS systems (i.e. Workday)
Leave administration experience
