Job Title: Digital and IT Analyst
Position Summary
The Digital & IT Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, business systems and cybersecurity practices to ensure reliable, secure and efficient operations. The role provides technical support to end users, manages local IT systems and networks and works closely with Corporate/ Division IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and policies. In addition to operational support, the role contributes to digitalization and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance data visibility and improve operational efficiency across the organization. The role will also require supporting the implementation and maintenance of information security governance aligned with industrial and regulatory principles including risk assessment, incident response coordination, cybersecurity awareness and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Technical Support
Provide comprehensive technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity and enterprise applications in a timely and professional manner.
Install, configure and maintain user workstations, servers, printers and other IT equipment to ensure reliable system performance and operational continuity.
Administer and maintain local network infrastructure including LAN, WAN and wireless networks, ensuring optimal connectivity, system uptime and network security.
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and ensure proper implementation of backup procedures and disaster recovery readiness.
Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues and application malfunctions, coordinating with Corporate/Division IT teams or external vendors when necessary.
Support system upgrades, patches and infrastructure improvements to maintain system stability and security.
Business Systems & Digital Improvement
Provide technical support for enterprise applications including ERP platforms, operational systems and reporting tools used across the organization.
Act as the primary point of contact between site users and Corporate/Division IT teams to facilitate issue resolution, system enhancements and technical support.
Identify opportunities for IT related improvement and deployment, automate manual processes, improve data accuracy and streamline workflows through digital tools or system enhancements.
Support development, configuration or deployment of digital tools and applications that improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
Participate in IT and digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, technology implementations, and process improvement projects.
Information Security & Compliance
Develop and maintain the implementation and maintenance of information security practices aligned with industrial principles, aviation regulatory requirements and corporate cybersecurity policies.
Work together with other related functions in conducting information security risk assessments to identify, evaluate and mitigate potential risks to IT systems and company data.
Monitor cybersecurity risks, system vulnerabilities and implementation of appropriate security controls to safeguard organizational information assets.
Coordinate internal processes for detecting, reporting and following up on cybersecurity incidents or security-related events.
Oversee the continuous improvement of the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) by incorporating lessons learned from incidents and evolving cybersecurity threats.
Develop and maintain documentation related to IT procedures, system configurations, cybersecurity controls and operational standards.
IT Governance & Asset Management
Manage user accounts, system permissions, and access controls for enterprise systems, shared drives, and internal applications in accordance with security policies.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning of IT equipment, system access setup, and user orientation.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management for hardware and software resources.
Facilitate cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives to promote responsible use of IT systems and minimize human-factor security risks.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, aviation regulatory and corporate governance standards and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital/IT analyst roles.
Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP or operational systems.
Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity practices and frameworks such as ISO 27001/ EASA Part IS is an advantage.
Exposure to automation tools, workflow improvement, data reporting solutions, scripting or application development knowledge is desirable.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Conditions
Based at an aerospace MRO facility; may require occasional travel to other sites.
Some after-hours support may be needed for system maintenance or urgent issues.
Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams across the different continents.
