MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and computer skills, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Other qualifications include:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have experience in airlines, scheduling, or a related field with transferable skills in decision-making, and time management.
- Must maintain a high level of organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate professionally across departments.
- Must be diligent in understanding instructions and proactively seeking clarity, and effectively applying problem-solving skills to find solutions in real-time.
- Must display a professional demeanor when collaborating with all departments and roles within the organization.
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
