PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Contracts Officer to join our high-performing Actuation Systems Contracts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, solution-focused individual to play a key role in shaping our contractual strategies within the aerospace industry.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Contracts Officer, you will provide expert advice and guidance on complex contractual matters. Your ability to assess risks, drive results, and collaborate with key stakeholders will be critical in ensuring business success. You will:
Analyze and interpret various contract types, providing insightful reports to senior management.
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts through contract reviews, data collection, and preparation of related correspondence.
Conduct contract risk and opportunity assessments to inform business decision-making.
Assist in strategic decision-making by escalating key issues to senior management when necessary.
Drive resolution of contract-related challenges through critical thinking and stakeholder collaboration.
Ensure corporate compliance by managing contract approvals and aligning with legal and corporate policies.
Provide expert contract interpretation and risk mitigation strategies.
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure contract symmetry across sites.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supplier or customer-facing contracts role.
Contract experience within aerospace or manufacturing industries.
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) contracts.
Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and due diligence expertise.

Pay Details: $48.94 to $65.00 per hour
