Key Skills Required
- The ability to communicate with technical teams the business needs in language they understand.
- Practical experience in Business Analysis.
- A strong track record in delivering quality analysis outputs that help to ensure delivery of projects to cost, time and quality.
- Experience of both waterfall and agile approaches to requirements analysis and documentation
- Excellent relationship management skills with significant experience of interfacing with other internal IT functions, partners, and third-party suppliers
- Excellent communicator, skilled in workshop facilitation, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and understand the root causes of problems.
- Ability to broker/facilitate pragmatic solutions amongst stakeholders with competing business needs.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Airline/Operations experience is desirable.
