Our Christchurch Airworthiness Records team are looking for a superstar administrator to support our Engineering & Maintenance area on a permanent full time basis.
This role is responsible for scanning maintenance paperwork for record keeping and compliance purposes as well as filling in log books and assisting where required. You will need to electronically file records, so basic digital proficiency is required. We are seeking an individual with proven administration experience, a strong customer focus and excellent time management and organisational skills.
You must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal and work with commercially sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and be both proactive and reactive day to day will be key to your success.
